Welcome To Our Teacher Training

You love yoga...is it time for you to take things to the next level?

Learn the art and skill of teaching yoga from respected senior teachers who have long-term experience in teaching and mentoring others through their journey.

Our  Training school is a centre for enrichment and professional yoga training in a supportive and inspiring environment.

As one of our teacher trainees, you will benefit from the inspiration of being part of a yoga 'sangha' (community) with ongoing support and mentoring offered during your course.

We are particularly passionate about the deeper aspects and origins of yoga. It is equally important to us to equip all our teachers and teacher trainees with the very latest knowledge so they feel they can teach with relevance and confidence to the world we live in. Our training courses provide a powerful foundation for you to explore and grow in confidence in all aspects of your chosen study.

Take a look at our courses below and get in touch if you have any questions.

“One of the recurring themes I hear again and again from new and newer teachers is their struggle with the significant difference between practising yoga as a student and stepping into the seat and role of the teacher.

Surprisingly the magnitude of this difference is something which isn’t always apparent to people when they seek to embark upon a yoga training and it’s something they realise they aren’t prepared for."

Our training always aims to acknowledge and address this shift as a key part of the ongoing process from day 1 and aim to empower and inform you, as well as educate in essential teaching skills.”
